Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
By using PulseSave you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
PulseSave lets you save public videos from supported platforms to your own device for personal use. We do not host or own any of the videos. All content belongs to its creators and to the platforms where it was published.
Acceptable use
- Only download videos that you own, or that you have permission to save, or that the law allows you to save.
- Do not re-upload, sell or redistribute downloaded content in a way that infringes the creator’s rights.
- Do not use the service to harass, harm or infringe the privacy of others.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, disrupt or bypass the limits of the service, or use it through automated tools without our permission.
Third-party platforms
PulseSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X or any other platform. You are responsible for following the terms of the platforms whose content you access.
Intellectual property
The PulseSave name, design and site content are ours. Videos you download remain the property of their respective owners. If you believe content is being used in violation of your rights, see our DMCA page.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every video can be downloaded. Platforms can change at any time, which may stop a feature from working.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseSave is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or of downloaded content.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or stop the service, or restrict access, at any time and without notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
